Stew
This traditional Croatian food will not onlu sustain you all day, but more importantly it's super delicious. Stew is typically prepared with three types of meat including beef, pork and lamb, and of cource the essential ingridient of Slavonian cuisine PAPRIKA! In the past this dish was cooked in a cauldron over an open fire and cooked for hours.
Paprikash
Croatian Chicken paprikash is a meal you can often find served at Croatian home table. Every household makes it just a little different by adding their own spices and tweaking the method but it all cooks down to one tasty, savory dish that pleases everyone.

Green beans mixed with carrot and potato, with mild touch of onion and garlic . Goes with fried meat pattie and bread for a complete meal.

Cevapi
Cevapi is grilled dish of minced meat, a type of skinless sausage, found traditionally in the countries of southeastern Europe (the Balkans). They are considered a national dish in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. They are served 5-10 pieces on a plate, in a flatbread or with chips. Served with chopped onions, sour cream, minced black pepper and salt.
Croatian sausage
Croatian sausage contains little else apart from meat. Spices, yes. The rest is pure meat, wrapped in real intestines. It doesn’t get more substancy than that. For flavour variations, Croats use other types of meat. Served with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut
Pljeskavica
Pljeskavica is a grilled dish of spiced meat patty mixture of pork, beef and lamb stuffed with feta cheese. Served with chips.

Sarma
Stuffed cabbage rolls, or sarma, are part of traditional cuisine in many Central European countries, including Croatia's. It's customary to serve it for Christmas, weddings and New Year's and it's often made in enormous quantities and eaten over the course of several days. It is served with mashed potatoes.
Stuffed Peppers
There are loads of stuffed vegetables that you'll see dished up in Croatia. We choose to serve stuffed peppers. Stuffed Peppers are hearty dish of minced meat and rice. Served with mashed potatoes.
Meat Balls
Made from finely minced meat, with rice. Western and Eastern influences balance Croatian cuisine just right. Typical dishes are most often made with minced meat. You'll find it in most traditional Croatian dishes, commonly as filling. Just like the Italians, we like our meatballs with spaghetti, or other pasta, mashed potatoes, and sometimes rice. Light tomato sauce does not overpower the taste of meatballs, instead - complements it.
Shopska salad
Made of organic tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, feta cheese The vegetables are diced and salted, followed by a light dressing of olive oil, which are complemented by vinegar. Serving is sufficient for 2-4 persons.
